Main structure
The machine includes cleaning room, two assist room ,hanging conveyor, elevator, separator, down helical conveyor, conveying shots pipeline, impeller head, dedusting system, platform , electric control system, rotation device,chute,foundation.
 
 
Working principle
The machine is one step-by-step type shot blasting machine. The braced chain will drive the hook, the hook hang the work pieces to the throwing area in the cleaning room. they will hit by steel shots of each position. which made the oxide layer remove, then the work pieces will reach the bright surface. When the work pieces are cleaned well, the braced chain will hang next group to clean and set cleaning time according to the complexity.
