1 Buyer sends LOI
2 Seller sends FCO
3 Buyer sends signed & sealed FCO with + BCL
4 Seller sends Draft SPA to the Buyer for approval
5 Both Seller and Buyer sign and exchange copies by email and
hard copies by DHL
6 Buyer Issues non-operative LC / SBLC to EXIM's bank
7 Seller provides POP to activate the payment instrument
8 Shipment starts
9 Buyer forwards payment by TT (for SBLC)
LOI is a must. We don't provide information, do conference calls, send emails back and forth without LOI. Only serious buyers, seller mandates, or serious agents.
