yours forging drawings.
4. Heat treatment: Quenching, Normalizing, Tempering, etc. With the
help of heat treatment process, It is OK for us to control the
mechanical properties very well, such as hardness, tensile
strength, etc
5. Quality control: UT( ultrasonic test), MT, etc.
6. Weight controlled: 0.******0KG. For small parts, we will use the
mould forging process; For bigger parts, it is OK to use open die
forging.
