Small steel pipe coating equipment

Steel pipe plastic spraying equipment are designed for the anticorrosion coating of oil, natural gas, chemical material, water pipelines. The equipment are capable of steel pipe internal and external anticorrosion coating. Its anticorrosion techniques and product performance are in full compliance with standards home and abroad.
Small pipe internal blasting device
Internal sandblasting device is used to durust pipe internal surface. Adopting sandblasting method to remove steel pipe surface oxide, corrosion, slag and make the surface presents metal color and improve the adhesion of coating layer. In the meanwhile, it can eliminate surface residual stress of artifacts which is result from the process of shearing, welding, molding etc. and increases the fatigue strength of artifacts.
We have two kinds of sandblasting machine: sandblasting room and sandblasting box. It consists of internal sandblasting gun, boom, sand tank moving carrier, sandblasting room, recycling system, dust collector, rotation roller, indexers etc.
Heating, curing room
It is used to heat pipes before coating and dry the anticorrosion coating layer on the internal wall of pipe. According to the the product heating and drying performance and features, curing oven adopts both heated air circulation method and air blowing 
method. The heating energy is natural gas. The designed heating temperature is **0℃ and curing temperature is **0℃. It is fully compliance with national safety,health and environmental standards.

Internal epoxy coating devices
Internal epoxy coating system is used to coat pipe after heating. After curing, epoxy powder can be formed on pipe surface (when consumer need both internal and external epoxy powder coating, internal and external coating can be done at the same time)
The coating of large pipes is done by electrostatic spraying gun, which can makes powder negative and adhere powder to the pipe surface symmetrically.
Epoxy powder coating and recycling system includes stainless coating room, mobile epoxy powder guns carrier, electrostatic spraying gun, powder coating controller, fluidization powder box, indexer, dual cyclone collecting structure, and pulse-blowback-cylinder dust catcher.
