Description

Double layer gluing machine:
 
1. The size roller is finely curved reticulate pattern with *4 wire/inch and plated with hard chrome on the surface, allowing less amount and more evenness of sizing
 
2. The distributor shaft is ground and plated with hard chrome on the surface
 
3. Other paper lead shafts are ground and plated with hard chrome on the surface
 
4. The clearance between distributor roller and sizing roller is adjusted with double eccentric structure 
 
5. The bearing of distributor roller and sizing roller  are double-row cylindrical ball self-aligning bearings
 
6. Sizing mechanism of pressure roller, lifted pneumatically
 
7.Glue spread displayed on the control cabinet of double wall machine is adjusted electrically
 
8. The complete machine uses power unit control by layers units
 
9. The eccentric gear governing size consistency can be mounted by the synchronizing mechanism, with sizing clearance on both sides adjusted electrically, which operation is very easy
 
*0. There are two paper lead shafts, front and rear mounted on one oscillating arm to fix the sizing angle relatively and improve the evenness and stability of sizing
 
*1. The drain system uses straight-way type stainless steel drainage device, providing independent draining, centralized retting and removing bypass design, which can be free of maintenance for the whole service life and with simple structure, saving stop valve and check valve, and simplifying installation and maintenance of the return circuit

1. Single, double, triple layers gluing machine are respectively suitable for three, five, seven wall corrugated production line
 
2. High precision engraved applicator roll ensure uniform glue application and less glue consumption
 
3. Auto-circulating glue feeding system is applied to avoid gule depositing
 
4. Driving power is from dryer
 
5.The self-preheating device speeds up gule gelling and creat a stronger glue bond
