3.operating characteristic:  
1）the cable under the condition of the environment temperature is not lower than
 0℃, laying without heating in advance.
Cable laying head is unrestricted ..
2）the electric cable core long-term allowed working temperature shall not exceed the following provisions: outer sheath is PVC cable is *0℃;
Outer sheath is polyethylene jacket of the cable is *0℃.
3）wire core short circuit (the longest 5 s) when the temperature is not more than **0℃ .
4）when cable laying, the minimum bending radius rules are as follows: single core cable: *0（d+D)±5%；three-core cable：*5（d+D)±5%。
Remark：D is the actual outer  diameter of the cable ï¼Œd is the actual outer diameter of the conductor。
