The predecessor of Penglai Weiyang Cement Co.,Ltd is Shandong Weiyang Group Cement Factory Which was built in ***2 .The production process is new dry caling kiln ,equipping with a low temperature exhaust heat power station of 6 MW .We adopt the international advanced level of production ,testing process and equipment, the DCS system has been used to control the whole production process ,making the production in scale ,in digitization and automation .Each technology parameter of product have achieved the advanced leve in the same industry .The annual capacity of “Weiyangshan” high quality cement is 2Million ton .
Our company has a complete Quality Management System .While our “Weiyangshan” brand cement has already passed the ISO***1 Quality System Certification ,ISO****1 Environment System Certification and has also obtained Korean KS Standard Certification .
