 1. Basic Function and Features:

It is mainly for square power LIB cell’s precisionly winding.

Working process as follows:manual guide the anode and cathode electrode into winding part separately,separately with separator,then winding as technological requirements,auto paste and end the tape,the cell baiting auto.

1)Adopts double needles structure,needles’ width could be adjustable continuously.

2)Manual guide the electrode,winding automaticly,change needles auto,auto paste and end the tape and auto baiting.

3)Paste the tape adopts stand style,rubberizing smoothly,location of rubberizing could be controlled accurately and will not tension the cell;rubberizing is stable and reliable.

4)The needle winding adopts the newest original variable angular velocity spinning technology: as the square LIB needle is a flat cuboid,traditional winding way is constant angular velocity winding,which inevitably lead to the membrane and electrode which wrapped around the needle with line speed of suddenly fast suddenly slow feed,that is leading to winding with wave as suddenly big suddenly small way.The newest original variable angular velocity spinning technology is the mathematical model of variable angular obtained by test,real-time high-speed operating based on the mathematical model built by the motion control PLC type,make the needle spin as variable angular velocity in each **0°period of rotation,so that the line speed of membrane and electrode feeding could be relatively constant,that is achieve the constant tension purpose of winding process.

5)Two rolls membrane actively unwinding,real-time detect the membrane tension signal by the encoder which connected to the tension swing arm shaft,control the membrane unwinding steped to motor which active follow the tension changes so to emptying with variable speed after processed by PLC,so that to achieve the membrane constant tension.Meanwhile with the newest cylinder tension controlling technology,could auto and smooth change the tension in the winding process.
