WORKING PROCEDURES

1. Buyer confirms SCO and issue ICPO with Soft probe.

2. Seller issues FCO of which Buyer endorse and return to seller.

3. Seller sends Draft contract to buyer open for amendment

4. Buyers confirm & signs Draft contract with NCNDA/IMFPA.

5. Seller and Buyer signs and lodge the Hard copy contract to

their respective Banks.

6. Buyers bank send’s instruments as guarantee(POF) to seller’s

Bank within Five (5) Banking days with Top *5 Prime world

Banks (DLC Via MT **0 ) for the first monthly lift able goods.

7. Seller sends full POP along with the 2% operative performance

bond to buyer\'s bank, within Three (3) working days after

confirming payment instrument, full POP documents listed below:

• The letter of guarantee of an oil refining

• Copy of license to export issued by the ministry of energy

• Copy of approval to export issued by the ministry of justice

• Copy of statement of availability of the product

• Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product

• Copy of TRASNEFT contract to transport the Product to the Port •

Copy of the Port Storage agreement

• Copy of the charter party agreement(S) to transport the

product to the Discharge Port.

• Copy of tank storage receipts

• Copy of DIP test authority

• SGS Reports from loading port

8. After Verification Buyers Bank make Effective Payment

by MT**3 or others as agreed by both parties

9. Transfer of Title Ownership.

*0. Logistics in Place and Delivery of the Goods. Upon the issue of

CIQ or equivalent certificate at the destination port, the payment

will be made by TT to Seller.
