We are Illari SAC, a Peruvian fishery with a processing plant located in Talara (at ***0km north of Lima) in front the main Peruvian fishing area, that give us a great advantage over others Peruvian plants because guarantee the capture product freshness which are processed immediately without broking the cold chain.
 
Quality is our aim, thus all our processes are under HACCP approval, and experts supervision. Our processing plant is dully authorized by European (CEE) Nº PO**-TAL-ILLA. Sanitary regulation.
 
Actually we are working Frozen Conger Eel Fillets (Ophichthus remiger) and Pacific Hake (Merluccius gayi) whole round, HGT, HG, and Fillets.
Our company has *3 years in the world market, and since the beginning we exported to several markets in Asia (China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Turkey), Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, etc..) , America (USA, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic) and Africa (South Africa). We export frozen conger eel fillets since the year ***0 to Asia China, Japan, Korea and USA.
