Description
The Pasta Factory Valledoro rises on the slopes of the
Madonie mountains, on the outskirts of Valledolmo, an
important agricultural center in the province of Palermo,
where durum wheat widely renowned for its qualitative
characteristics is produced . The partners of the pasta
factory experienced cereal growers in order to close the
production line in ***4 they have created a factory for the
production of dry pasta of high quality, healthy and genuine.
Few people know, in fact, that most of the pasta that arrives
on
our tables is manufactured using high temperature and foreign
wheat, almost always contaminated with ochratoxin A, a very
harmful substance to human health. The Valledoro pasta is made
using
only Sicilian wheat, without mycotoxins, whose authenticity is
certified by the
regional brand quality "SICILIAN DURUM WHEAT PASTA". The dough
is
prepared by using water from the springs of the Madonie Park, while
for the realization of different types of pasta are used bronze
dies with inserts that make the dough rough and so fit to mingle
with various seasonings. The slow drying process at low
temperature, can maintain the organoleptic properties of wheat
giving to the pasta flavour and fragrance that makes it
particularly tasty
