APT*0—**0 series line granulator is our patent equipments. It is the complete set with the Screw extruder equipments. It is wide suitable for palletizing of many kinds of thermo plastic, (like: ABS、PA、PBT、PC、PE、PET、POM、PP、PPS、PS、PVC), glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic and inorganic filled glass thermoplastic materials extrusion. This kinds of line granulator is cold pelletizer. The material is from the extruder, through the cooling tank, air knife or air duct, and the material will be inducted to the granulator feed inlet, the traction rollers forced it into the move and fixed knife to cut. The series granulator, the internal structure is made of stainless steel or special anti-rust treatment, the unit is designed advanced, easy maintenance, good look appearance, reliable performance. It is the new-generation products. The granulator is with frequency control, it can adjusted the speed according to the host of the palletizing feed speed.
