Description

This system allows to solve the following main tasks:
- execution of process monitoring;
- detection of equipment faults and timely notification of the personnel;
- execution of automatic diagnostics and localization of a fault source during the early fault progress stage as well as detection of the reasons of its occurrence;
- help in decision making to eliminate dangerous situations;
- accumulation and archiving of the equipment measuring parameters.

 
Putting of "SADKO" into operation allows considerably increase equipment reliability and reduce costs owing to prevention of emergency situations, as well as trace defect progress and eliminate the reasons of their occurrence. Besides, the work of such systems is favorable to reveal and to eliminate the design defects of the diagnosed objects.

Control and testing systems, developed and produced by ZAO "Promservis", are intended for control and testing of pump, compressor, ventilator units, turbines, heat-exchange equipment, radioactive substances cleanup, storage and maintenance systems in operational process. The key point of systems designed by ZAO "Promservis" is defining the condition of all unit components as a whole, i.e. we take into account how they influence each other. So we can define disrepair and predict its development as well as find out its source.
 
Our steady-state systems are based on hardware and software system "Sadko". They are able to control nearly every combination and quantity of technological, vibroacoustic and specific characteristics, detect current faults, maintain control according to the algorithm of a customer.
