Vendor is looking for a strategic potential investor for the coal
property. Investor will required to complete geological drilling
program to increase open-cut and underground reserve and meantime
develop the mine site. Vendor can provide coal transportation from
mine site to coal buyers in China and as well as responsible to
sell coal to Buyers in China.
Investor should have
available fund to execute complete drilling program and develop
mine site. Vendor is interested to sell their major shares(up to
*0%) to investor.
