Technical Requirement
 
1.    The physical and mechanical properties and metallographical structure of mould blanks as per relevant standards.
2.    The cross-section of drawing dies of YS series should be without defects such as lamination crack, compact, pore, dirty, blackness, decarbonization and over-carbonization.
3.    The surface of drawing dies of YS series should be without scaling,lamination,crack,uncompacted,pore,over-carbonization,the working area should be without mark, adhesion, concavity and flaking of edge/corner, the flaking of edge/corner on the unworking location should be not larger than 1.0mm x 0.5mm,the depth should be not larger than 0.5mm;the flaking of edge/corner on the unworking location of hot-press drawing dies should be not larger than 3mm x 2mm,the depth should be not larger than 1.5mm, and without chamfer.
4.    The tolerance of mould blanks should be in conformity with the following table
