to buy up **0K MT of Gas oil CIF Iraq ports.
Below are working procedures:
1) Seller issues a letterhead offer
2) Buyer review and issues ICPO with banking coordinates
3) Seller issues a draft contract
4) Buyer propose amendments if any to seller
5) Both principals sign and seal the contract
5) Seller legalizes the contract
6) Seller issues to buyer the legalized contract together with
other partial POP
7) Buyer issues a POF in the form of MT**9
8) Seller sends 2% BP to buyer\'s bank
9) Buyer sends to seller\'s bank a conditional LC
*0) Seller loads product and delivers to buyer\'s destination
*1) Buyer performs Q&Q and the end port and pays with MT**3
