Thinwall container molding China has rich experience for multi-cavity thinwall mould making,such as 4cavity 1L container mould with 0.4mm wall thickness,2cavity 3L bucket mould with 0.*5mm wall thickness.All the mould could run with a fast cycle time.
For all the thinwall moulds,we use stainless steel material for the mould core and cavity,We use high speed milling machine for the thinwall mould tooling.All the cooling system are seperately for each cavity.
At present,SinoPM have a new type injection molding machine called hybrid injection molding machine,which is suitable for thinwall container mould running.We offer you a fine solution for the thinwall container molding line.
