SX – optimized for ultra-high-performance signal processing
FX – optimized for signal processing
Space-grade, radiation-tolerant Virtex*4QV FPGAs are based on commercial Virtex*4QV technology, providing
enhancements to the popular Virtex and Virtex-II families — making previous-generation designs upwards compatible.
Space-grade Virtex*4QV FPGAs offer over **0 MHz performance with TID of **0 krad and are manufactured on an UMC
*0 nm copper CMOS process technology.
