Principle
- The wheat is transferred into pre-mixing chamber at tangential way through the inlet. Under the constant function of blades, beating function between wheat and wheat, wheat and blades, wheat and casing are achieved. Then the wheat goes forward at spiral way into mixing the chamber and is fully mixed with added water. In mixing chamber wheat is pressed, impacted and vibrated by different blades, intensive intermixing and water penetration by the rotor whirling system is achieved. The thoroughly dampened grain is discharged from the machine outlet
- The working intensity can be adjusted by a system at the end of the machine and some slight bran and or outer skin of the granular could be scraped from the grain, which makes the wheat easy to further clean.

Application
- The TSYZ dampener is applied for the intensive dampening of grain.
