Description

The machine is mainly used to cut natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials, especially suitable for installation near the rubber mixer with rubber cut into small pieces. This machine is mainly a rubber knife, frame, cylinder, base, auxiliary table, hydraulic system, electrical system and other components, rubber cutting knife below the base plate with nylon to protect the rubber knife blade. When cutting the raw rubber, artificial rubber on the bottom of rubber knife, then press the start button, the rubber knife, driven by the piston rod on the rack slide down along the plastic material cut. Rack is equipped with upper and lower limit switches to control the valve to change the direction of movement of the rubber knife, while also protecting the cylinder.
