Overview
TSC speed governing constant weight feeder adopts dynamic feeder
metering method, computer frequency control technology, equipment
prestress tensioning device, belt deviation alarm protection and
site control switch, and has the advantages of stable operation and
high reliability. Since the feeder has high metering accuracy, can
operate normally under the severe environment, and is applicable to
batching and metering of bulk material in building material,
metallurgical, chemical, food and other industries, it is the ideal
metering constant weight control equipment for achieving automation
and control and stabilizing product quality.

Structural features:
The weighing scale framework is made of cold-formed C type steel
plate, has novel structure and high strength, and is suitable for
all kinds of non-standard weighing scale body design.
The integrated direct-coupled gear motor is made by Germany
imported technology, and has the features of low noise, low
vibration, dust resistance, long life and high reliability. The
motor has anti-torque supporting plate and shaft-mounted structure,
and is directly coupled with the weighing scale body drive roller,
which is much convenient for installation, commissioning and
maintenance.
Annular endless belt can be selected according to different
processes: flat belt, baffle structure and skirt belt
structure.
The design of weak magnetic gear speed measuring device and speed
measuring circuit can truly reflect motor deceleration with
accurate and reliable speed measuring signal.
The weighing scale body feeding device is equipped with a pallet,
which can control feeding quantity and sealing material, as well as
be easy for weighing scale body and zero calibration.
