    Autoclaved press brick machine has the following characteristics:
    1、Autoclaved press brick machine’s hydraulic system is double pump double loop, using a unique combination of valve block, finish packing, exhaust, pressing and de-molding process.
    2、Hydraulic system adopts imported proportional valve, hydraulic control variable pump and other components, the pressure and flow of system can be carried out according to the actual condition of step-less adjustment, with strong adaptability, no impact, high efficiency, low energy consumption,and less heat.
    3、Hydraulic pump use submersible, the valve block is highly integrated, compact structure, less external circuit, system layout concise, so leakage probability is greatly reduced,and greatly reduce environmental noise.
    4、Autoclaved press brick machine’s electrical control system use digital logic controller, to ensure the entire production process  achieve closed-loop control.
