PET bottle water production line(water filling line, water bottling line)

As a  professional manufacturer, we can offer you turn-key project of PET bottle water production line on the basis of economic budget. The project is made up of water treatment, PET perform injection machine, plastic cap injection machine, auto PET bottle blowing machine and PET bottle water filling and packing line. Part 1: water treatment system

Raw water tank ->water pump ->quartz sand filter ->active carbon filter -> Chemical dosing unit-> water pump->5 micron filter-> RO equipment unit+ on-line RO washing unit/ hollow fiber ultra-filter -> pure water tank  -> Ozone Sterilizing system -> UV light sterilizer

Part II: PET perform injection machine, plastic cap injection machine, auto PET bottle blowing machine

Part III: water filling and packing Â line
