cotton made by customization, multi-layers, dust capacity more than
**0g/m2. The whole filter system has a big dust capacity, low
windage, long-use, the filter rate is more than *8%, TSP vaule less
than1.4mg/m3.

Heating system:

stainless steel equiped with a diameter **0mm venting door.

Control system:
Designed by Baochi R&D team, the touch- screen controller has
stable & reliable performance. Each operation can be set in
accurate way, especially in time setting, temperature setting,
over-temperature control, heating energy switching and failure
indicator; meanwhile, each operation can be monitored in real
time.
Environmental cabinet:
1) Use 7.5KW turbo fan, multi-layers paint filter device and active
carbon filter device, reach the national standard(Integrated
emission standard fo air pollutants).
Water-soluble paint precessing system:
1) a set of hot air generator, 2 rows of hot air accelerator. In
the curing of water-soluble paint, the hot air generator and
accelator are woking, while in the curing of general paint, only
the hot air generator is working;
2) the nozzles for acceletator are *5 degree fixed in the upper
side to make the hot air even and constant.
