1、 Under the action of  the streamlined guide plate, the tablets tumble frequently and smoothly, preventing them from colliding. This prevents broken pieces and chipped edges and improves the rate of finished products. The narrow surface of the guide plate eliminates the adhesion of coating material on its surface, thus conserving coating material and improving the quality of medicine.
2、 During air intake, a three-filter process involving primary filtration, medium filtration and high filtration, can reach **0,**0 level purification.

        During air exhaust, the dust collection filter can reach *9% by adopting a dust extractor.
3、Thanks to innovative design,the fan propeller in the air source system can be exchanged as an air inlet or air outlet depending on the technological requirements. The propeller’s hole can range from 0.6 to 3.*0 mm diameter, making it suitable for types of microtablet coatings.
4、 An explosion-proof lamp is equipped in the drum to allow for observance of the coating process.
