 gear reducer is the key part of the scraper conveyor. And it is requested to be with high reliability. The function of the gear reducer is to transmit the power of the motor to the chain of scraper conveyor. Our  gear reducer normally has one stage of bevel gears, one stage of parallel shafts, and one stage of planet gears. Output flange of the reducer is connected to the base, and output shaft is with spline，which enables installation to be done in a limited space, and thus favorable for downhole operation. A pump is equipped at one shaft end for cycling the self lubrication system, and water cooling system is also adopt in the gear reducer, which highly improves the reliability of this product. The performance of this reducer is the same as similar products of foreign famous companies.
