Description

SNS***6 Injection Pump, as a kind of corollary equipment for the transportation of grout or mortar in injection engineering, is mainly used in dam foundation project, consolidation injection, tunnel injection and other injection engineerings. It can also be used in the core drilling of geologic engineering as a substitution of slime pump. 
(1) The running period flow fluctuationof this pump is very small(nonuniformity coefficient of flow S=1.*4). The pumping capacity is adjustable to meet different demands of injection or drilling technology.The total displacement in a unit time is basically constant and the impact of discharge pressure variance upon the total displacement is negligible.  Throttle nuts are conveniently used to control and shield pressure.
(4) For the sake of safety in production, no exterior moving parcel is involved when the pump is running in operating mode. 
(5) Antifriction materials are adopted in the production of sealing element which can enjoy a long performance life. 
(6) It's easy to install and dismantle this pump.
(7) This pump is compact in size, light in weight and agile in removal.
