Description
Material: the gabion mesh is formed by mechanically weaving highly
corrosion-resistant, high-strength and ductile low carbon steel
wires or PVC coated steel wires.
Wire diameter: the gabion mesh has netting wires, edge wires and
tied wires.
1.The diameter of the netting wires is 2 to 4mm.
2.The diameter of the edge wires is generally 0.5 to 1mm more than
that of the netting wires.
3.The diameter of the tied wires is generally smaller than that of
the netting wires, 2.2mm mostly.
Hole diameter: *0**0mm, *0***0mm, *0***0mm, **0***0mm and
**0***0mm
The length of a double wire twisted part is not less than *0mm, so
that a metal plating and a PVC plating of the steel wires on the
twisted part are not broken.

Surface treatment
1.Electrogalvanizing, wherein the maximum zinc rate is *0g/m2, and
corrosion resistance is low.
2.Hot galvanizing, wherein the maximum zinc rate is **0g/m2, and
corrosion resistance is high.
3. Galfan (zinc-aluminum alloy), wherein the gabion mesh has zinc*5
percent aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy steel wires and zinc**0
percent aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy steel wires, and corrosion
resistance is high.
4 PVC plastic coating, wherein plastic coating thickness is
generally 1.0mm, for example, the thickness of the 2.7mm gabion
mesh subjected to plastic coating is 3.7mm, and corrosion
resistance is high.
Partition: one partition is added in the length direction of the
gabion mesh at intervals of one meter.
Gabion specifications: 2m*1m*1m, 3m*1m*1m, 4m*1m*1m, 2m*1m*0.5m,
4m*1m*0.5m. The gabion mesh can be produced according to the
customer requirement. Hot galvanizing, aluminum alloy galvanizing,
PVC coating and so on are performed for surface protection.
Application:
The gabion mesh can be used for slope supporting, foundation pit
supporting, mountain rock face hanging net and guniting, slope
vegetation (greening) and railway and highway isolation fence
nettings, also can be made into cages and mesh pads, and is used
for scour protection of rivers, dams and seawalls and net cages for
intercepting reservoirs and rivers.
