Qinhuangdao Yaohua Glass Machine Manufacture Co.,Ltd has the
capability to construct Glass Production Line on turnkey basis
(float glass, flat glass and figure glass). From establishig of the
company, it has built more than *0 glass production lines in and
aboard, which made the company accumulated abundent experience in
project design, construction, production commissioning, personnel
trainning, and forming complete
running system of design, fabrication, installation, training,
trial run, maintenance and technical services.
As per demands of customers, the company can serve **0t/d****0t/d
float glass production line from A to Z. That are design, civil
work assistant, the whole line equipments
fabrication&installation, commissioning, preheating furnace,
start up, trial run, production &technical service and
trainning for user’s personnel.
During project construction, professional construction and
experienced expert team of the company shall offer specialty
installation for Raw Material, Furnace, Tin Bath, Annealing Lehr,
Cold End and Utilities around main line. In additional, the
assistant service on works in scope of end user from the company is
customer-satisfied.
The company holds *5 float glass production lines, which make
condition for professional and mature on-line training for
personnel from end user. The operation personnel triainning will
also be done in different production stage of the new plant to
ensure cultivating professional techincal team for end user.
Meanwhile, with planty of techincal experts, the company can do
single and system commissioning for plant equipments. In trial run
phase, it shall have more than *0 experts to conduct glass trial
run service at site.
During the year of ***4 and ***5, the company built the North Korea
**0t/d float glass production line on turnkey basis, which is aided
by the Chinese Government, and complete the whole line construction
only for *5 months, getting the quality glass production in October
***5. This project was hornored as “The sysmbol of the Friendship
between China and North Korea in *1st Century”.
From the year of ***7 to ***8, the company undertack to build
**0TPD float glass production line for Indian Gold Plus Glass Group
on turnkey basis. The glass production line firing the furnace in
November ***8, started preheating furnace in the middle of December
***8, getting first glass production on *4th January ***9. At
present, the plant running well with stable production with product
quality and production capacity reaching the design, which lay firm
foundation for the company to internation market.
