Infrared ear thermometer When the object is above the absolute zero, because the motion of charged particles in its interior, then radiate the energy in the air with the different lengths of electromagnetic waves style,the different wavelength relates to untraviolet,visable and infrared light region,but mainly in the near infrared of 0.*6 ~ 3μm, 3 ~ 6μmmid-infrared, 6 ~ *5μm far infrared region. The size of the object infrared radiation energy and its wavelength distribution has a very close relationship with its surface temperature. Accordingly, by measurement of the infrared energy radiated by the object itself, it is able to accurately determine its surface temperature, which is the objective basis of the infrared radiation thermometry based. Measurement process The infrared thermometer by the optical system, photoelectric detectors, signal amplifiers and signal processing, display output parts. Target infrared radiation energy of the optical system that brings together its field of view, the size of the field of view is determined by the optical components as well as the position of the thermometer. The measured object first enters the infrared radiation thermometer of the optical system, and then converged by the optical system and the incident infrared rays, so that energy is more concentrated; aggregation after the infrared input to the photodetector, and the key components of the detector is an infrared sensor, its mission is to change the optical signals into electrical signals; electrical signal from the photodetector output via an amplifier and signal processing circuit in accordance with the the instrument internal algorithms and target emissivity correction into the measured target temperature value.
