It is super clean, Vacuum-Arc Remelted steel with uniform grain structure, uniform hardness, and excellent dimensional stability.
n Age-hardened for uniformity of hardness throughout, even in heavy sections.
n When welded, NAK leaves no witness lines after re-aging.
n Uniform grain structure with no pin holes, inclusions or hard spots.
n Never needs stress relieving, even after heavy machining.
n Polishes to a superior No. 1 finish, even over welded areas.
n Good  workability and mirror polishing property.
APPLICATION: Used for high precision mirror plastic mould, high appearance home electronic plastic mould, clear lens molds.
Extremely critical diamond finish applications, molds requiring special EDM finish.
