Brief Introduction

  • Cabinet air conditioner product is a new refrigeration unit that was developed for cabinet applications.
  • The life of Cabinet air conditioning was designed for eight years and can meet 7X*4 hours continuous operation as an industrial grade unit.
  • The cabinet is made of high intensity steel plate, with super capacity of compressive shock and corrosion resistance.
  • It’s easy for dismantling and maintenance by installing in the constant temperature box side fixed in angle bracket with screws.
  • Condenser has a long service life and high-efficiency of heatexchange, which can be used for special high industrial air conditioning.
  • Automatically adjusts the target unit temperature by monitoring frequency and speed, so as to achieve the effect of the target unit temperature stability. Therefore, the control system adopts closed loop PID automated technology, which can keep the temperature stable with input small power. In order to complete high-efficiency output, the unit can achieve the best state by adjusting three variables of the compressor, condenser fan and evaporator fan.
  • The Condenser is highly capable with the high efficiency of heat exchange and long life of using during the whole service life and without special maintenance. And, it meets special high-efficiency industrial air conditioning standards.
  • Air conditioner uses a LCD display thermostat control unit which is easy to operate and monitor.
  • Controller equipped with 6 output relays that respectively control internal circulation fan, the circulation fan, refrigeration compressor, heater, and platinum hydrogen fan which conserves all the output.
  • With the RS**5 remote monitoring access port, the fault detection and alarm function can go through and upload the alarm information of fault to the monitoring center.
