and processor. Equipped with a high-speed industrial cameras and
stable light source system, to guarantee real-time capture images
and image imaging quality, the system uses advanced image
processing algorithms to take an online inspection on cap’s defects
with related to appearance, color, size, pollution and so on. It
also has a defect cap automatically-removed function, to avoid
quality problems in the production process. The test results show
that the maximum inspection speed reaches up to ***0 cover per
minute. With the software acquisition and analysis inspection
system, the whole system is easy to install, low-cost, and can
greatly improve the production efficiency and degree of automation
while being used in the production process. The system is useful in
a variety of cap defects detection, such as plastic cover, aluminum
cap, beer bottle crown cap and so on.
