The Buyer shall issue an Unconditional Irrevocable Bank Guarantee

being for the first
Twelve (*2) months contract. . Upon receipt of the BG, the Seller
will activate the
instrument upon receipt by providing a Performance Bond equal to a
two percent
.value of the SELLER provided instrument (2%)
