Our silos are galvanized steel silos with corrugation and integrated equipments which support each other. We can provide our users with cleaning, selecting, improvement, transportation, dust removing, drying, fluidization,ventilation, temperature measuremnt and automatic control of all kinds of raw materials.

Silos:
-Commercial Type(flat bottom):silos with capacity from **0 tons to *5,**0 tons.
-Conical Type(hopper bottom):silos with capacity from **0 tons to 1,**0tons.

There are various sizes of silos:
-The Diameter is from 5.5m to *2.1m.
-The Roof Height is from 1.*8m to 9.*2m.
-The Eaves Height is from 5.*5m to *1.*2m.
-The Basal Area is from *3.7㎡to **9.*1㎡.
-The Ring is from 5 to *8.

Carrying equipments:

The silo structure consists of two parts: the body and the roof. 
It also includes the level sensors,aeration system with centrifugal fan, temperature control system and sweep auger as an option.

-The wall plate
Our steel is hot galvanized, which makes it durable and weather resistant. Our advanced bolts with spherical washer and the resisting-worn rubber are used to ensure the tightness and period of validity.

-Column
The column, made by the Z-bar, is used to reinforce the silo body. It is connected by junction panels.

-Manhole and Roof ladders
There are inspection door and ladders inside and outside the silo body. It is convenient and accessible for any maintenance work.

Silo roof is made up of radiated beam, roof cover board, tension ring, ventilator scoop, roof cap, etc.

The space age construction technology, which is adopted in the design of the silo framework, can ensure the stability of silo under the large span. There is a guardrail around the silo eaves and there is also a manhole on top of the roof.
