**5 Gallon Bottled Water Bottling Line Solution.
All parts contacting water are made of **4L stainless steel, with ozone-resistance and in compliance with food-grade standards. Nozzles are inserted to rinse the bottles thoroughly.Fast cycle system is adopted for heated alkali rinsing, drastically decreasing electricity consumption. Controlled by PLC, it is fully automatic.

2 Outer washer Wash and clean the surface, neck and bottom of bottles

7 Cap feeder Send caps into cap unscrambler attached in cap washer
8 Cap washer Wash/ sterilize caps
