Description
Application scope:
This series of crusher is mainly used for coarse and intermediate
crushing. It can be used for crushing surface rock of open pit mine
and exploiting rock
ore materials including ore, coal, limestone, clay, iron ore, gold
ore, copper ore, lead zinc ore, nickel ore, talcum, coke, etc. It
is also mainly used for coarse
and intermediate coal crushing for under ground coal mine or coal
washing plant.
Characteristic features:
1. It adopts dual-motor drive which drives two rollers to rotate
after deceleration by the fluid coupling and reducer. The running
is stable and reliable.
2. The complete machine has the prominent advantages including
compacted structure, stable running, small dimension, high
production capability and
so on. It is especially suitable for operation under ground or in
confined space.
3. It is suitable for dry, wet, muddy and sticky ore without
blockage.
4. There is little superfine and powder product which is especially
suitable for stone crushing industry and crushing of coal and
coke.
5. The product granularity is uniform without over-sized and
over-limited particles.
6. The operation cost is low in convenience for maintenance and
overhauling.
7. The bearing lubrication of the roller adopts the centralized
lubricating system with low labor intensity. It is safe, reliable,
convenient and quick. In
addition, the positive pressure grease sealing is set at the
bearing labyrinth sealing of roller to improve the reliability of
roller bearing sealing.
8. The crusher has double overload protection which is safe and
reliable.
