The domestic first GPJ*0 hyperbaric disc filter was trial-produced
in ***2 successfully and applied into industrial production. In the
past twenty years, we have
successively developed the sixth generations of hyperbaric disc
filter(GPJ), rolling pressure filter (GWJ) and drum-type
inner-filter pressure filter (GTJ)
based on the experience and upgrading of GPJ*0A disc filter press.
We also have won several national invention patents and utility
model patents. The
products are sold all over the country and exported to countries in
Southeast Asia, Europe and so on, creating significant economic and
social benefits for
users. This is by far the largest Quantity of sale in the world.The
new techniques measure up to advanced world standards.
Application Scope:
Clean coal flotation, primary slime, chemical and industrial (soda
plant) dehydration and solid-liquid separation in industries
including ferrous metallurgy,
non-ferrous metallurgy, light industry, building material,
municipal sanitary sewage (slurry) and so on.
Water content in filter cake:
For treatment of clean coal flotation and primary slime: the water
content in the filter cake is *6~*0% at working pressure
0.*5MPa~0.5MPa.
Production efficiency:
For treatment of clean coal flotation: 0.5~0.8t/m2·h; for treatment
of primary slime: 0.3~0.6t/m2·h.
Intelligence degree:
The centralized computer control is adopted from pressurization,
charging, dehydration, filtration, cake discharging to
transportation and so on. The hyperbaric disc filter can
automatically detect the operation trouble and water content in the
filter cake, prompt the maintenance time for each point, etc.
