Electric grease lubrication pump-LRB2 is one of our main
product.
This pump is an innovative product. Grease feeding and discharge
are completed in turn by the reciprocation action of piston forced
by cam that is driven by gear reduction device and special
disc-type electric motor.
Grease feeding method: helical squeeze impeller is used to forcibly
mix grease and draw grease.
PLC on main machine or OPC controls working cycle of lubrication
pump: operating time and interval time.
Grease is added to reservoir through filter by grease gun, which
prevents impurity and air from entering into lubrication
system.
Plunger-type pressure regulating valve is equipped to control the
operating pressure of lubrication pump, which ensures the safety of
operation.
Plunger-type check valve is equipped to prevent the discharged
grease from counter flow.
