Dongguan ZhengYang Electronic Mechanical Ltd.'s precursor was DAX
International, established in Taiwan in ***4.
In March ***3, ZhengYang established the first production facility
in DongGuan City GuangDong Province, China.
In ***6, ZhengYang started to build a modernized factory which is
over *0,**0 square meters and was opened in ***8. The new facility
can accommodate up to 2,**0 employees and allows us to increase
production to more than 1,**0,**0 units per year.
A Strong Research and Development Team
We have an excellent Research and Development team that are over
*0% of ZhengYang's personnel and are constantly working with
companies like Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Iveco, Scania, Renault, etc to
develop the latest products. Our *0+ years of professional
experience, in conjunction with our dedicated R&D team and our
newest facility, allows us to be on the leading edge of designs for
sensors, gauges and other related products.
Since ***4 we have started working with large automotive companies
around the world to develop series of AdBlue sensors for the SCR
system. It can reduce up to *0% of NOx that comes from the
automobile, which meets the requirements of Euro4 and Euro5. So far
we are the only supplier of high quality AdBlue sensors in the
world. Our AdBlue sensors were used on all the public buses during
the ***8 Olympics in Beijing. The development mass production of
AdBlue sensors is vital in reducing environmental pollution.
In ***7, ZhengYang invested a large amount of money to build a high
quality comprehensive laboratory in purpose of increasing the
quality of the products. The experiment center meets the
international standard of tests including design construction test,
electricity test, mechanical performance test, temperature test,
salt spray test, sine/random vibration test, elements of metal
material test, metallurgical analyzer, and intergranular corrosion
analyzer. A wall is set for quality!
High Standards for Quality
We are among the first in our industry to have obtained the
ISO/TS****9, ISO****0, CE, PED, AD***0, etc. certifications. Our
quality management system is on par with international standards.
Aside from being certified by a third party, clients from the
automotive and marine industries are welcome to onsite visits.

Advanced machines for producing and testing are imported such as
pipe making, stamping, injection, die-casting, CNC machining,
welding, polishing, and cleaning, etc.
Diverse Product Series
Our products include liquid level sensor, diesel fuel sensors,
various engine sensors, gauge series, fuel and AdBlue tank series,
stainless steel accessories series, etc. and many of them have
become standard components for many large automotive and marine
companies. We also provide numerous other accessories, such as tank
peripherals, marine hardwares, etc.
