Description
We have developed different kinds of real & virtual pixel LED
screens. Such as P*6, P*1, P*5, P*0, P*8, P*0 etc. The Min. screen
can be *6 sq.m.The height can reach *8 m with the united split
screen technology.Technique Features:
1. Aonike LED screen adopts DIP**6 LED package module. Welding and
gluing by ourselves.
2. Use ultra-thin nylon external member and potting glue handle the
surface, the back brush conformal coatings.
3. Water-proof spinning top tightening device: We designed a
plastic umbrella shielding-type device on the top of the triangular
to proof water. This device has no influence to the rotate of the
triangular prim. IP grade reaches to IP*6.
4. Optical color mixture surface cover: On the screen surface we
use a cover matched with the external member to enhance the
appearance effect of the LED image.
5. Divider (Heighten joint device) with wiring terminal: When the
Screen height is over 7m, it will be used. We have patent on it. It
makes the prisms rotate synchronic and the wires are not
intertwined.
Divider extends the height of the sign over
maximum prism length, prolonged section by
section.
