Below is the specification for the Indian Wheat Flour:
Protein
: *0% - *1% ( Max)
Water
: *2% - *4% ( Max)
Ash( Dry Basis) :
0.*5% ( Max)
Gluten
: *7% - *9% ( Max)
Ash (on dry basis) is the Fine Powder of the cover of the
Wheat Grain which comes within the Flour of wheat
during the process of making Wheat Flour. This ASH is specially
found in
ATA Wheat Flour which is
used to make Chapatis ( Indian hand made bread) and brown bread as
well. Also is used to make biscuit ,cakes etc.
Gluten (oily part in the wheat flour) is specially required
to make White bread , pastry , cake , biscuit ,cookies, Roti
Channai etc..
This gluten is high (*8% - *0%) in
MAIDA
Wheat Flour ( Milky White colour) which is little
expensive than the ATA wheat flour ( Gluten:*6%**7%) (Less white in
colour).
There are many qualities of Wheat Flour depending on the
Price budget of the CUSTOMER.

Very Good quality MAIDA wheat Flour from
any Indian Port will be USD **0 Per MT FOB.
Cost of
Very good quality ATA Wheat Flour from any
Indian Port will be USD **0 Per MT FOB
Packaging : *5 Kg PP Bag. PP> Poly Propylene.
Container Type: *0 Ft General Container for FOOD STUFF.
SGS (International accredited) Inspection can be done from
India on request by the customer which is also payable by the
customer.
After the customer gives the P.O , it takes atleast 3 weeks to get
the shipment Preparation for sailing in any volume.
Beside , we deal with Yelllow Corn. Presently the FOB price for the
same will be USD**0 Per MT. We assure best quality for any products
