Description

Motorcycle Chassis Dynamometer mainly tests the performances and exhaust emissions for motorcycles. The test items include acceleration capability, gradeability, top speed, lowest stabilized speed, coasting capability, fuel consumption, output power and exhaust emissions under running mode.
This system, which is designed in accordance with the requirements of the national standard and certification codes, can realize the precise control for the road running resistance while the operation is simple. The most important function of the chassis dynamometer system is the simulation for the system’s moment of inertia, the running resistance setting, and the reproduction of the road running resistance in the system. Besides self-correcting the running resistance by road coasting method, the system also specially designs a convenient Automatic Mode, in which the users can complete the inertia setting and the running resistance confirmation just by some simple operations.

(1) According to theQC/T ******9Methods of running test on bench for motorcycles and mopeds, it can complete the entire performances test;

(2) On the basis of realizing circular duty control that is required by the national standard ofGB*********7 and GB*********7, it can also meet the requirements of testing cycle duties abroad like European II, European III, EPA and WMTC. If connected with the exhaust sampling and analysis system, it can form a rounded exhaust emission test system on duty;

(3) It provides the interfaces that conform to standards to realize the performances and exhaust emissions test for motorcycles in testing cycle duties abroad of European II, European III, EPA and WMTC;

(4) Adopting the digitalelectric inertia simulation technique, it can automatically simulate the road running resistance for the testing motorcycles;

(5) The dynamometer control adopts the digital AC variable frequency speed control system, which runs in four quadrants;

(6) Adopting the industrial control computer control and applying the anti-jamming technique, the system has a high testing precision and can work steadily;

(7) Speed measurement: adopts the high precision photoelectric sensor;

(8) Torque measurement: adopts the non-contact high precision torque transducer that is coaxial with dynamometer;

(9) Fuel consumption measurement: adopts the high precision flow measuring device;

(*0) It adoptscentrifugalcooling blower with low noise and AC variable frequency speed control, and the cooling wind speed can track the vehicle speed in real time;

(*1) It has protective functions for overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed and overtemperature;

(*2) The front-wheel fixation adopts the pneumatic clamping means.
