Recessed Chamber PP Filter Press:
We manufacture Recessed-plate filter presses (also known as CHAMBER
FILTER PRESSES) which are among the oldest types of dewatering
devices and can produce the highest cake solids concentration of
any mechanical dewatering equipment.
The range consist of FILTER PRESSES side bar type from **5mm x
**5mm to ***0mm x ***0mm with operating pressures up to *6 bar. The
closing device can be either Manual , Hand hydraulic or Electro
hydraulic unit. Complete Automatic Filter Presses are available
from size **0m onwards with operating pressures ranges from 5 to *6
bar.
Optionally available with belt conveyors for cake transportation,
drip trays made of PPFRP / SS and with auto Pick & Place type
plate shifting arrangement. Also available in auto cake discharge
with cake vibrating arrangement. PLC System is also optionally
available.
Gelatin Filter Press:
We manufacture Gelatin type filter press with international
technology. Our Gelatin Filter Press has the following special
features:
- Circular plate of **0mm dia
- Plates made of PB / Aluminium
- Capacity upto 4m3 / hr
- Designed for food grade application
- Polish filter of SS **6 construction
Application:
