QFT ***8 Concrete Block Making Machine
Brief Introduction:
The vibrator of the concrete block machine adopts the high-speed
heavy structure, which greatly prolongs its service life. In the

The Vibration System of the concrete block machine
The special design of Vibration + Double vibration motors. There
are 4 special design excitation blocks in the vibration box. They
could adjust to different materials with variable amplitude, it
just needs 0.5~2.5 Seconds to form the concrete blocks compactness
completely. The vibration box uses two frequency conversion motors
(with Schneider ATV variable-frequency governor) and two pieces of
transmission shafts in the vibration table. This is special design
in our company.
Intelligent PLC Controller:
QFT***8 concrete block making machine is operated via visualization
system, using the Programmed Logic Controller-Siemens Touch Screen
Control System.It is more easy and convenient to use. Electric
control system: "simpleton type" program operation.The core of the
control system uses the new international level of imported from
industrial programmable controller (microcomputer), the function is
perfect, compact structure, strong anti-jamming capability and high
reliability.
Electrical system:
The control panel configuration of the QFT***8 concrete block
machine uses the imported interface display screen, for molding
machinery equipment production block process accurately automatic
control, control input are imported components, relevant procedure
have interlocking or interlock function, and is equipped with
automatic monitoring count function
Manualandautomatic:
QFT***8 concrete block machine adopts integrated control circuits,
the entire equipped with corresponding magnetron trip state switch,
manual, function control button switches etc, reliable operation,
convenient operation and practical.
