forgings acc. To drawings.
. Machining relised by CNC milling center.
3. QC involved:
. Chemical composition by OBLF spectrumeter,
. Microstructure tester after heat treatment.
. Crack by MR detector.
. Dimension can de controlled by CMM.
4. Reports supplied:
. 3.1B material certificate
. Dimension reports for AQL quantity
Advantages:
