Description

We'll have approximately *0 tons of certified organic honey for sale in Feb and March. The honey is light colored, exceptional taste, heavily influenced by the wild catay flower, native to the Parana river delta. This is our first certified production. This honey is from islands more than *0km removed from any chemical agriculture. The islands have never seen a chemical fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, or introduced seed. We have been producing grassed angus and hereford meat on these islands for *0 years. We are now just entering into complimentary apicultural activities. The early results have been phenomenal. Our next step will be to certify as biodynamic.
