Autoclave introduce
Autoclave is also called a steam curing autoclave, it’s a bulky and heavy weight large pressure vessel, and it’s large pressure vessels for aerated concrete, sand-lime brick, fly ash brick steam curing. In order to meet the users various needs, our company also design and manufacturer various forms autoclave according to user requirements.
 
Autoclave working process
Finished grouping steam trolley by moving windlass machine out of autoclave, then by the semi-finished crane lifting, the finished products together with plate put on plate conveyor roller, by roller transporting to finished block carry crane, using finished block carry hanger clamp the finished product to package line on wooden pallets, after manual classified package, then by forklift transport the finished products to piled yard according to specifications to stack, unload the finished product plate after cleaning to continue walking to crane on rail, cleaning up the empty mould and lifting to the pouring area, form a new mould box together with side plate after sprayed oil, again pouing.the whole production line repeated the above production process.
