General Description
Ultrasonic lace machine, also know as ultrasonic lace sewing
machine is highly efficient sewing and embossing equipment. With
the functions of cutting, trimming, sealing, melting, slitting,
forming, printing, folding, etc., it is widely applied to garments,
non-woven bags, masks, tablecloths, curtains, decoration products,
etc.

Functions
Edge cutting and trimming: Remove one side and then melt the edge
naturally to make it smooth
Hollow cutting: Cut various hollow holes and then melt the edge
naturally
Transfer printing: Transfer the printing or gold foil paper to the
material
Melting: Melt two or more layers together without needle and the
strength is endurable;
Slitting: Slit the material into one or more strips and then melt
the edge to keep it smooth;
Molding: Molding integrated with cutting, crazing and marking in
terms of different patterns;
