2. Introduction of the Exhibition:

With the development of Chinese economy and the rapid expanding strength of Chinese buyers, People being rich first in China gradually have been seeking for the investment and the ownership of overseas real estates, which is becoming a popular trend now.

As shown in Hu Run’s report, at present the proportion of people having overseas assets in Chinese high-end consumers has been up to one third, overseas assets accounting for about *9% of their total assets, while their main investment field is real estate as for overseas assets. Institution statistics show that the proportion of overseas property driven by pure investment has reached *0%. According to statistics, there are *2,**0 millionaires and **0 billionaires in Chongqing. Investors to buy overseas property are expected to be not less than **0,**0. There is a huge demand for overseas property investment in Chongqing.

***3 Chongqing Overseas Property Investment Exhibition will be held from May *6 to *8, ***3 in Chongqing International Expo Center, the biggest ecological garden exhibition hall in Western China. A series of lectures are going to be held over the same period, which provides a comfortable environment for friends buying overseas property aimed at investment, immigration and education to achieve their overseas property and investment plans.

Over the same period, “Luxury Property Show" and “Overseas Property Exhibition” are mutually reinforced. With the strong support and guidance from Chongqing government and the competent trade departments, the exhibition is hosted by Chongqing Construction Industry Association, Chongqing Federation of Industry & Commerce (General Chamber) Association of Dealers of Building Materials and Chongqing Leven Exhibition Co., Ltd.

3. Introduction of the Exhibition:

Chongqing International Expo Center is a modern intelligent venue with multiple functions like exhibition, conference, catering, accommodation, entertainment, games, etc. Located in Yuelai Exhibition City, the center of Chongqing Liang Jiang New Area, Chongqing International Expo Center is a large venue with a cover of **0,**0 square meters ranked top ten worldwide, the second at home, and the number one out of western China. Chongqing International Expo Center is built along mountains and peaches on the edge of Jialing River, which merges the urban with the forest and the nature. It is the unique garden exhibition hall, humanities exhibition hall and ecological exhibition hall as well as the most beautiful exhibition venues in China.

4. Exhibition Scope:

1) Overseas Real Estate Developers: high-end apartments, villas, holiday hotels, single-family manors, castles, islands, houses, commercial property, etc.;
2) Immigration & Overseas Study: investment immigrant project, immigration institutions, overseas education institutions, etc.;
3) Supporting Services: law firms, banks, financial institutions, international investment and consulting institutions, etc.

5. Exhibition Fee:

1) Open space: CNY 1,**0 /sq.m.
Note: Open space fee includes a show space of at least *6 sq.m., excluding any facilities. Expenses on exhibition equipment, power and booth construction shall be borne by exhibitors. Special decoration fee shall be additionally paid to the Exhibition Center.

2) Standard booth: CNY *2,**0/booth; (9 square meters) Note: Standard booth fee includes a show space of 9 sq.m.(3*3 meters), one three-sided or two-sided panel (2.5m high), booth title, two spotlights, one negotiation table, two chairs, one **0V/5A power socket and public area cleaning service. Expenses on any other facilities and service shall be borne by exhibitors.

3) Luxury Exhibition Room: CNY 1,**0 /sq.m.; CNY 1,**0 /sq.m.; (*8 or *6 square meters)
Note: Luxury exhibition room is constructed by special truss being 4.5 meters high. It includes promotion images (by high definition painting), *6 professional display spotlights, one exhibition dedicated carpet, one negotiation table with 4 chairs, and one reception table with 2 chairs. It is easy for you to take part in the exhibition by only bringing your materials and exhibits.

6. Exhibition Procedures:

1）The allocation of booths is based on the principle of "apply first, pay first, select first". Exhibitors can pre-select booths according to their layout, and the Co-organizers/Sponsors are given the priority for selecting booths. In order to ensure the rationality of allocation and the overall arrangement effect, the Organizing Committee shall have the right to make the adjustment to some booths that have been allocated.
2）After pre-selection, exhibitors shall fill in the "Exhibition Application Form/Contract" with official seal and then send it to the Organizer by fax or mail.
3）The Organizer shall review and confirm the "Exhibition Application Form/Contract" upon receipt and send it back to exhibitors with official seal by fax or mail.
4）Participation fees (including booth fee, conference service fee or advertising expense, etc.) shall be remitted in full or *0% to the bank account (see the Exhibition Application Form) designated by the Organizing Committee within one week after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled before March *5, ***3.
5）Exhibitors shall fax the copy of bank remittance to the Organizing Committee immediately after remitting for verification.
6）Exhibitors shall send company profile or product introduction (within **0 words) to be published free of charge in the Show Catalogue in the form of Microsoft Word before March *5, ***3. The content cannot be published if delayed.
7）If exhibitors want to advertise in Show Catalogue or on the site, please send the advertising information (designed electronic version, in cdr. or jpg. form) to the Organizer of the Exhibition by email before March *5, ***3.
8）Please refer to Exhibition Guidance for all service matters including exhibits' transportation and customs declaration, visa, exhibitors' accommodation and main activities, equipment rental, special decoration, utilities of water and power at the booth. Exhibition Guidance shall be faxed or mailed one month before the opening ceremony of the Exhibition.
